  1. It’s Earth Day!

April 22, 2013 by the Sleep Walker

    Hello friends!

It’s the 22nd of April, which means it’s been a year since the last Earth day. We should always be grateful to the Earth and replenish the environment whenever we can. Here are some projects you can still do today to celebrate Earth day and be planet earth friendly.

April 8, 2013 by the Sleep Walker

The growth in technology of the last couple of decades has meant a great deal of progress and moving forward. Technological advancements have helped big multi-national, multi-billion dollar corporations run as nearly completely paperless entities; technology has shrunk the world into a tiny global village and has made most of us global citizens. 6. Full house: going green

December 5, 2011 by the Sleep Walker

Every spot will be occupied, but I like to believe that the more the merrier.

I’m not complaining because it usually means more hands to help around the farm, in the community and more hands that are going to give. The older children only come home towards the New Year, it’s a house rule – those who start the year together stay together. So we all try to be together in the first day of the New Year. I have only one child leaving this year; she is going to be with her maternal family and will only be back on the 30th. Two of my girls’ siblings are coming to be with their sisters and will be spending the holidays with us. There are also couple of friends coming in from Namibia and Australia, so Eden will be a full house.
